By downloading, installing, or using PhotoCleaner ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
PhotoCleaner is a mobile application that helps users organize and manage their photo library by:

The App offers the following subscription options:
New subscribers may be eligible for a free trial period. You will not be charged until the trial period ends. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store. Refund requests must be submitted to Apple in accordance with their refund policy.
The App requires access to your photo library to function. All photo analysis is performed locally on your device.
We do not upload, store, or transmit your photos to our servers. Your photos remain on your device at all times.
You are solely responsible for any photos you choose to delete using the App. We recommend reviewing photos carefully before deletion, as deleted photos may not be recoverable.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
We are not responsible for any photos deleted using the App. You acknowledge that photo deletion is irreversible and should be performed with caution.
All rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including all intellectual property rights, remain with us. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or branding.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the App developer is located, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and PhotoCleaner regarding the use of the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
