Your data is retained on your device until you choose to delete it or uninstall the app. We do not have a copy of your data, so we cannot delete it on your behalf.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy. We will notify you of any material changes through the app or via the email associated with your Apple ID.

Your continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.

International Users

Time Tracker is available worldwide through the Apple App Store. Since all data is stored locally on your device, there are no international data transfers to worry about.

California Privacy Rights (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have specific rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). However, since we do not collect or have access to your personal data (it's stored only on your device), these rights are largely not applicable. You maintain full control over your data at all times.

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Since your data is stored locally on your device and we have no access to it, you maintain full control over your data in compliance with GDPR principles.
