Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using MyClipVault - Smart Clipboard ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

Description of Service

MyClipVault is a clipboard manager application that allows you to:

• Store and organize clipboard history
• Automatically detect content types (URLs, emails, phone numbers, etc.)
• Search and filter clipboard items
• Access clipboard history across your devices (Pro feature)

Subscription Terms

MyClipVault is a paid subscription app with the following plans:

Subscription Features

• Unlimited clipboard history
• Advanced content type detection
• Smart organization and search
• Full access to all features

Auto-Renewal

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal in your Apple ID Account Settings after purchase

Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID Account Settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds for partial periods

Free Trials

• If offered, free trials allow you to try Pro features before being charged
• Your subscription begins immediately after the free trial period ends
• You may cancel during the free trial period to avoid charges

User Data and Privacy

Data Storage

• Clipboard items are stored locally on your device only
• No cloud sync or backup functionality
• We do not access, read, or store your clipboard content on our servers

Data Collection

• We collect minimal usage data for subscription management through Apple's StoreKit 2
• No personal clipboard content is collected or transmitted to third parties
• All subscription data is processed securely through Apple's infrastructure

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful purposes
• Not store sensitive passwords or financial information (use a password manager instead)
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or modify the App
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

You agree NOT to:

• Use the App to store or transmit illegal content
• Attempt to bypass subscription limitations
• Share your subscription with others
• Use the App in a way that could harm our services

Intellectual Property

• The App and all content, features, and functionality are owned by MyClipVault and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App

Disclaimers

No Warranty

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Data Loss

• We are not responsible for any data loss
• You are responsible for backing up important clipboard items
• We recommend not relying solely on the App for critical data storage

Service Availability

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time
• We are not liable for any service interruptions

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the past 12 months
• Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you

Third-Party Services

The App uses Apple's services:

• StoreKit 2: Subscription and payment processing
• Apple In-App Purchase: Payment processing

All services are provided directly by Apple. Your use of these services is subject to Apple's terms and privacy policies. No third-party analytics or tracking services are used.

Changes to Terms

• We may update these Terms at any time
• We will notify you of material changes through the App or via email
• Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms
• You should review these Terms periodically

Age Requirements

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the App
• If you are under 18, you must have parental consent

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App:

• For violation of these Terms
• For fraudulent activity
• For any reason with or without notice
• Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration
• You waive the right to participate in class-action lawsuits
• Arbitration shall be conducted in English

Apple App Store Terms

• These Terms are between you and MyClipVault, not Apple
• Apple is not responsible for the App or its content
• Apple has no warranty obligations
• Apple is not responsible for addressing claims related to the App
• You must comply with Apple's App Store Terms of Service

Refund Policy

All purchases are final and processed through Apple. Refund requests must be submitted through Apple:

1. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com
2. Sign in with your Apple ID
3. Select "Request a refund"
4. Choose the purchase and submit your request

Apple will review and decide on refund requests according to their policies.
