1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the Water Eject application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
Water Eject is a mobile application designed to help remove water from your device's speakers using scientifically-proven sound frequencies. The App uses audio vibrations at specific frequencies (primarily 165Hz and ranges between 150-300Hz) to help eject water from device speakers.
3. Subscription Terms
The App offers the following subscription options:
- Weekly Subscription: $4.99 per week with a 3-day free trial
- Yearly Subscription: $29.99 per year with no free trial
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase.
4. Free Trial
The Weekly Subscription includes a 3-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. At the end of the trial period, you will be automatically charged the subscription fee unless you cancel before the trial ends.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:
- The App will successfully remove all water from your device
- The App will prevent any damage to your device
- The App will work on all devices or in all circumstances
- Use of the App will not void your device warranty
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any damages arising from:
- Use or inability to use the App
- Any damage to your device, including but not limited to speaker damage
- Loss of data or device functionality
- Any other claims related to your use of the App
7. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Ensuring your device volume is set appropriately before using the App
- Following any manufacturer guidelines for your device
- Understanding that the App is a supplementary tool and professional repair may be needed
- Not using the App in situations where loud audio may be harmful or inappropriate
8. Refund Policy
All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store. Refund requests must be made directly through Apple according to their refund policies. We do not have the ability to process refunds directly.
9. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
