How do I start tracking time?
Simply tap the "Start" button on the Timer screen. Select a project (or create a new one), and Time Tracker will begin logging your time automatically. The timer continues running even if you close the app.

How do I cancel my Premium subscription?
You can cancel anytime through your iPhone Settings:
  1. Open Settings on your iPhone
  2. Tap your name at the top
  3. Tap "Subscriptions"
  4. Select "Time Tracker Premium"
  5. Tap "Cancel Subscription"

You'll retain Premium access until the end of your current billing period.

Can I edit or delete time entries?
Yes! Go to the Time Log screen, tap any entry to view details, then use the edit or delete options. You can modify the start time, end time, project, or add notes to any entry.
How do I export my time data?
In the Reports screen, tap the export icon in the top right. Choose your preferred format (CSV or PDF) and date range. You can then share the file via email, save to Files, or export to other apps. (Premium feature)
Is my data private and secure?
Absolutely. All your time tracking data is stored locally on your device. We don't collect, analyze, or share your personal information. Your data belongs to you. Learn more in our .
Can I track time for multiple projects simultaneously?
Currently, Time Tracker allows one active timer at a time to ensure accurate tracking. However, you can quickly switch between projects and add manual entries for overlapping work periods.
Does the timer work in the background?
Yes! Once you start the timer, it continues tracking even if you close the app, lock your screen, or use other apps. Your time will be accurately recorded until you stop the timer.
How do I set up hourly rates for billing?
With Premium, you can set custom hourly rates for each project. Go to Projects, select a project, tap "Edit," and enter your hourly rate. Time Tracker will automatically calculate earnings based on tracked time.
What if I forgot to start the timer?
No problem! Use the manual entry feature in the Time Log screen. Tap the "+" button, select your project, enter the start and end times, and save. You can add entries for any past date.
Can I get a refund for my Premium subscription?
Refund requests are handled by Apple through the App Store. To request a refund:
  1. Visit
  2. Sign in with your Apple ID
  3. Find Time Tracker Premium subscription
  4. Select "Request a refund"
